Your business generates a world of information about itself: financials, operations, sales, HR, and all the day-to-day activity. It is all there. But nobody has connected the dots. That is where I come in: turning that disconnected data into insight you can actually use.

I have spent my career working in applied data and statistics, with a specialty in reconciling data across organizations. I dig into the data you already have, connect what has never been connected, and explain it in plain language.

A fixed, modest fee, typically a week or so of work, to go into your existing data and find out what is really there. No commitment beyond this. You get a plain-language readout of what I found and what it is worth, even if we never work together again after that.

If the Audit turns up something worth pursuing, whether that is a new report, a process fix, or a tool that keeps the insight flowing, we price that work against the value it creates, not the hours it takes. Your Audit fee is credited toward it.

• Fixed price, agreed in writing before work begins. No surprise invoices.
• For findings with a clear, measurable dollar outcome (a specific cost cut, a specific inefficiency), you can instead choose to pay a fixed percentage of the savings, so my fee only grows if the value does.
• If nothing worth pursuing turns up, you walk away with the Audit findings and owe nothing further.
• Any change to agreed scope is quoted and approved by you before it is added.

90 days later, we meet to review results against what we set out to find. It is a chance to see what is working, adjust what is not, and make sure the work is actually changing how decisions get made, not just sitting in a report nobody opens.
