90 days after launch, we review results together, and you decide if a success bonus is earned.

Discovery Pricing

Discovery is priced to the size of your business. The larger the business, the more sessions, interviews, and departments Discovery covers. Discovery ends with your full ClearliGo Opportunity Roadmap.

Implementation Pricing

Once a project is selected, you get one fixed price for the full solution, priced to the value it creates, not hours logged. Your Discovery fee is fully credited toward this price.

Fixed price, agreed in writing before work begins. No surprise invoices.
Any change to agreed scope is quoted and approved by you before it is added.

The Value Checkpoint

90 days after launch, we meet to review results against the original impact estimate. If the project met your expectations, you can choose to add a success bonus on top of the fixed price. This bonus is entirely your call with no minimum and no obligation. It keeps me invested in your results long after launch, not just on delivery day.
